Art Nouveau Cuticle Tool Kissing Couple Woman and Winged Figure Sterling Silver - $70 - (Howard, CO)

Measures 5 1/8 inches long. The figures look to be a woman receiving a seductive kiss from a winged creature with her eyes closed. The silver work on the handle is very ornate and fine. the steel blade is very sharp. There is an indentation at the top that may have had a loop or something in it. Check the photos closely. I'll answer any questions I can. Along side the maker's marks it says sterling .925 fine.
