Vintage International Sterling silver hair brush - $39 - (Daphne, AL)

Here is an International Sterling silver hair brush in very good condition...see photos. It came from my grandmother's estate and shows little wear, it may have been her mother's. I don't see a silver content (like .925) but the item shows no sign of silver plate or a wear off of the silver. Please excuse the photo of the International Silver mark on photo #3, it is not double striked just camera shake.
