Super-Soft Swim Vest Child Type III PFD, Childs X-Small, 21"-23", 30-50 lbs. Vest is in excellent used condition. These are the greatest. I bought this vest for my grandsons and have continued to buy the next sizes up as they have grown. They don't ride up like other swim vests- they are very comfortable.
