Vintage Signed Hand Painted Numbered Primitive Design Folk Art Pottery 7" Plate - $15 - (Twin Falls, ID)

This was originally a cup and saucer set. The cup was broken. I do not know who the makers mark represents, but the plate is numbered 213 of 331. I believe the plate is made of a red clay. I will be glad to answer any questions.
