Beautiful vesta from about 1900. Don't understand the purpose of the 2 wheels. They certainly had a pointer on each (missing), time reminder? Hands could be recreated. Very unusual. Marked R. Wallace & Sons, .075, Silver Soldered. Measures 2 3/4 x 1 1/2".
