Frontier Centennial Western Postal Route Atlas Richard W. Helbock Limited Signed - $50 - (Deming, NM)

This 132 page spiral bound booklet is an invaluable resource for the philatelist or collector of postal history. “This atlas compiles five (rare) Postal Route Maps dating from the mid-1880’s and covering the eleven western United States completely with the exception of Utah.” Sections cover Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico through postal maps of the western frontier. This is a limited and signed by the compiler edition and is #50 of only 300 copies ever printed. Published by La Posta, Las Cruces, NM, 1981. Booklet is in excellent condition with very minor signs of shelf wear and a light printing ink smear along the front near the spine. There is a light bend to the bottom front cover which carries over to other pages for about half the book but is barely noticeable. Binding is tight and unbroken. Pages are clean, with several showing signs of being cut large and overhanging the cover just slightly. Please look at pictures!
