This is great for outdoor movie with kids and popcorn!! Just run a 3.5 mm wire to a powered sound bar and you get better sound all around. It does have internal speaker I would still suggest running it to a powered speaker. I have one of these and that is what i have done. Works like a champ! Please keep in mind, if you are looking for a super high end projector, this is not the projector to buy. this is great for the hobbiest, someone who just wants a projector to use now and then, and obviously great for presentations and outdoor movie night.
