The 1928 $2's had very few errors as it was the first small size note issued by the US Government. Turning from the 'horse blankets' to a smaller note was met with more precision and checks & balances. A few errors always slip through and this is a wonderful example. Bright red serial numbers and red seal take back stage to the Inverted Back Error. PMG has issues a Choice Very Fine 35 grade. Shipped Priority Mail fully insured.
