1989 Hong Kong Made New Bright Co Battery Operated Bump’N Benny Clown Policeman - $10 - (Union, SC)

Here is vintage Hong Kong made 1989 New Bright Co., Battery Operated Bump’N Benny Clown Policeman. The toy requires 3 “C” cell batteries(not included) and stands roughly 13.5” in height. Cosmetically the toy is in great shape with no missing parts. I did test and he does light and whistle, but there is no movement of the Bump N’ go action.
