This is a brand new, old stock, Polly Ann "Miniature Pool Table" which consists a Spring Action Pool Que, a main ball, pearl color, and a rack with balls within. The balls are plastic I believe, and are light blue and red. It is plastic wrapped, but looks like there may be some finish conditions, but not for sure. That is typical of this type gold finish.
