You are looking at a great black painted wood picture frame wall magazine rack. It is in pretty nice shape for it's age. There are some pin nails missing on the back side that are used to hold the picture in place. They have used tape to hold it in. There are some scratches and blemishes present that come from normal use. It measures approximately 19 1/4" x 16 1/4". The picture is about 13 3/4" x 10 3/4".
