Antique Picture With Frame Black And White - $50 - (Middlesex, NC)

Picked this up at a sale. I was able to talk to the owner. The owner said that his mother was born in 1925, and this was a picture of her parents. He estimated the picture to have been taken between 1900 & 1905. There appears to be another picture behind it with water spots (as seen in pics). Also seems to be green tape around the back edge of the frame. Did not take frame apart. Frame is in fair condition considering its age. It has the flat glass, not the bubble glass.
