This is a Fox model 400 wood oboe in excellent playing and cosmetic condition. All parts are present. There are no cracks or signs of repaired cracks. The serial number is 11404. This serial number is stamped on both upper and lower joints. this also dates the oboe to 1995. Both joints are wood. This instrument has been serviced for this auction by a professional repair technician and is in good playing condition. It comes with a case in good condition and no reeds. ?
