Vintage Toy SPINNING TOP West Germany, Karl Rohrseitz, Zirndorf, TRAIN THEME - $9 - (Pueblo, CO)
Vintage toy spinning top is about 7" in diameter with a colorful scene of children on different train cars. Darker blue conical shape and red handle at top, along with light blue and yellow base, are all plastic; the large central part, both the colorful part and the underside, and the spiral rod that makes it spin are made of metal. Marked along edge, MADE IN W-GERMANY BY KARL ROHRSEITX, SIRNDORF in both English and French. Also has the company logo (seen between the two trees in fifth photo). Some small marks (scratches) consistent with age and occasional play; one small dent on bottom part (marks and dent seen in third, sixth and seventh photos). Spins nicely. Overall good condition.
