Antique Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Narcissus Blackington Tongs - mono - $29 - (Billings, MT)

For sale are these sweet 4 inch sterling tongs. They are in very good condition. The mono is in tha beautiful gothic style so it is hard to be sure what letter it is. My best guess is a 'B'.
