1929 Lionel Four-Car State Set 381E-412-413-414-416 I recently bought a large collection. Many of the items came from the estate of Lee Hieronimus, TCA CM5-101, who had owned a Lionel Service Station since 1933. He took old trains on trade-in. This collection had a lot of trains that I don't need. See my other auctions. This is a very nice, original set with no paint touch-ups. The loco has been re-wheeled and its pantographs replaced. This is different than last week's listing as I sacrificed one of my personal state cars to replace the roof on the 416 observation car. A perfect match with the other roofs. Now all of the roofs are in near full excellent condition with the exception of the 412 California car's roof which has a thin, shallow scratch in its middle (second car from the bottom in the ninth photo). The Bild-A-Loco motor runs and reverses well. All of the car handrails, steps, couplers, etc. are there. The interiors are complete. eBay only allows 12 photos. If you want more, contact me.
