Vintage item from the 40's, patent approved 1939.Excellent condition. The winding handle has tiny spots of corrosion and is slighty offset.Very minor scuff marks on the bottom from handling and storage.Seems to wind properly.Was originally a Easter toy that would dispense candy eggs.
