Schuco Burgundy Akustico 2002 in Wind Up car and horn Made in Germany working - $100 - (Saranac Lake, NY)

This is a German made wind up car with key and working.It is a Schuko Akustico 2002 tin carIt is burgundy in color and seems near complete with steering wheel, dashboard, keyand hand lever, but no windshield or rear bumper.The hand lever is in the cockpit of the car, but I am unsure of what it does.Also, there are 2 wind up spots. One on the bottom that I do know the function of and themotor wind on the side,It is about 6" long. All the tires are in good shape.
