This amazing button-up baseball jersey commemorating the Negro Leagues is "Authentic Gear" of Big Boy Headgear Inc. It is made of a heavy polyester / cotton blend material. All of the patches are sewn on. Apparently it is rare because I could not find another one like it either listed or sold on eBay.
