This is Rachmaninoff's Symphony Nr 1 performed by Eugene Ormandy conducting the Philadelphia Orchestra. It's on Columbia MQ 906, recorded in 4 track stereo at 7 1/2 ips. All tapes are play tested on one of my own tape decks before listing and I check for no signs of oxide shed during play or fast winding.
