For sale is a used Flow Blue Willow 13-inch decorative Only Plate. The plate was made in China. It is decorative only and cannot be used to serve food. The plate is in really good condition, no chips or cracks or damage that I see. It's a really nice plate with a deep blue color. I don't think it is real old, but not sure. Please see all photos.
