Chef Amir Hajimaleki celebrates Nowruz with Roya pop-up dinner at Eden East Farm - N.A. - (Austin, TX)
Chef Amir Hajimaleki will host a rescheduled pop-up three-course dinner on March 21 at Eden East Farm at six p.m. to nine p.m. to honor Nowruz, otherwise known as the Persian New Year. The ticketed dinner will include wines from Darioush and benefit Austin Food & Wine Alliance's Culinary Grant Program. The three-course dinner will center around haft-seen arrangements, accompanied with live music by local band Antares. Reflecting Hajimaleki's forthcoming concept, Roya, the menu will incorporate traditional Persian dishes served in a modern format featuring Sous Vide Halibut, Pistachio Cake and more. Guests are encouraged to park in the Allan school parking lot and arrive to the dinner through the Mansell Avenue entrance.
