Creative Writing Course with USF's MFA Writing Program - Writer's workshop - N.A. - (Millbrae, CA)
The University of San Francisco's MFA Writing Program is co-sponsoring a 6 week creative writing course as an introduction to storytelling of all kinds on Thursdays from 6:00-7:45pm 3/21, & 4/4-5/2. Writers of all levels are invited to practice their desired form of storytelling while discussing elements of craft, form, and process. Our goal is to build a community and share what story means to each of us, while learning and growing as writers in a supportive environment. The course will be led by Bryan Rollofson, a current MFA candidate who received his Bachelor of Arts in English with an Emphasis in Creative Writing in 2016, as well as his Master of Arts in English with a Focus in Creative Writing in 2018, both from Loyola Marymount University. He is an MFA 2020 Candidate specializing in Fiction with background experience in all forms of creative writing. No prior experience is required beyond an ability and desire to write and tell your story. Free and open to all participants fourteen years old and older.
