I invite you to join me for Kemetic Yoga at The Performer's Academy.THIS WILL BE AN INTEGRATIVE & RESTORATIVE CLASSClass will last 60 minutes.We will create a foundation for movement by connecting with our breath. Breath practice will be followed by stretching and twisting, sun salutation and ending with a relaxation pose for integration and relaxation.Bring your mat and water!This class is supported by your donations. What is Kemetic Yoga? “Kemetic Yoga is a tool for embodiment. This practice integrates all aspects for presence and awareness within your temple. When you are fully present within your temple you connect greater to the energetic faculties of the Spirit world which provide navigation and guidance along the journey and to Divine Source. Within your body lies your Chakras which are a direct connection back to Spirit and Source. With practice you begin to gain understanding of the unique cosmic dance and natural rhythms of your body and tap into your Chakra Wisdom .
