New Moon Yin Yoga at Color Up Therapeutics - N.A. - (Denver, CO)
Join us for our bi-monthyl Yin class as practice around the New Moon! Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative, floor based practice. By incorporating long holds and breathing techniques, this practice targets connective tissue and opens up restriction in the body. We will couple this practice with a focus on the lunar cycles, setting intention and releasing stagnant energy. Classes are all levels, prop-focused, and unheated with the asana or poses focusing on deep opening through the lower body, hips and back.
