Usui Reiki Level I Attunement/ Certification - N.A. - (Bethel, CT)

Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying of hands” and is based on the belief, that “life force energy” flows freely from practitioner to patient, in order to balance chakras and heal. The ability to perform Reiki is passed on during an “attunement” process from Reiki Master to student. Reiki is Spiritual in nature and can be used to treat physical, spiritual, or emotional ailments. Level I attunement is a gentle introduction to the energy, and it usually works most prominently on the physical level. Once attuned, Reiki can be given to the self or others. This is a Semi Private Class and will be limited to only three students with a Reiki Master!! Class offered by Julie Farina RDH RMT at YogaSpace Bethel
