Top tube is 22.5 inches/57 cm. Rims are 25 inches/63.5 cmCondition: Appears to our untrained eye to be really good. Frame has a few scratches, which we tried to picture. The rims appear good to us and have no broken spokes. The brakes appeared to grab. Seat is good, handlebars still have all their padding. Again, we're doing our best. We've seen roughed up bikes before and this bike does not appear to us to be roughed up. Flaws: Both tires are flat. We don't know if you need new tires, new tubes, or just to air them up."Shipping": There is no shipping on this item, and so please don't ask. We are located in Charleston, Missouri, which is within a few miles of where Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky all meet. Interstate 57 runs through our town. Interstate 55 is 12 miles away. We are 135 miles south of St. Louis, 135 miles north of Memphis, TN, 250 miles east of Springfield, MO and 60-70 miles west of Paducah, KY and I-24. We will deliver this bike to you for a charge of $1 per mile. We don't mind holding the bike for a reasonable amount of time if you win and it's a scenario where you will be in our near area within a week or two.
