Vintage baby blanket or coverlet with matching pillowcase. Satin type finished material. The pictures did not turn out well because of the glare from the satin material, much prettier than pictured. The blanket measures approximately 22" x 19.5" , pillowcase is 12.5 x 9.5". Maybe this is a receiving type set given the size. It is in nice shape other than some small brown dots, you should be able to see this in the picture with a hand in it, there are about 10 of them (give or take a few), they are about the size of a pin dot , this might come out with treatment.
