1905 Custom Antique Dining Room Set - $4,950 - (Holderness, NH)

This dining room set was custom made for a prominent family who has an estate in Holderness NH on Squam Lake in 1904. I have copies of the plans and correspondence letters pertaining to the set. The table is 60" round when closed and 10' when opened.There are 12 chairs with faux leather upholstery that needs retrimming and some re-gluing, There is a large and small buffet and a crate with 5 leaves. There is damage to the top of one chairs post and one chairs post is broken, but could be glued. There is a round burn mark pictured about the size of a saucer and a burn line about 2"x .5"on the table top.
