Francis (Frank) Preston Blair Signature, Major General, Union Army - $40 - (Winston-Salem, NC)

I obtained this item in a box of Civil War era items some years ago. The card was published by the C.B. Richardson Co. and was probably used for obtaining signatures at an event. Gen Blair took command of the 17th Army Corps in the latter part of the Civil War. Thanks for looking!
