Vintage Folding Screen f/ French Fashion Dolls, f/Estate of renowned doll collector & expert, the late Richard Wright, who was frequently consulted about antique and vintage dolls on PBS - Antiques Roadshow. The scene on front has been decoupaged onto the screen and depicts an olive harvest in 18th century Europe, painted in the romantic style. The screen is made of what appears to be a composite and is bound together with brass brackets. The condition is good. Some paint is missing along the edges but our opinion is that this does not detract from the beauty and patina of the screen. It is lovely and a perfect prop for any fashion dolls.
