Ceramic quiche pan - hand-made 9" diameter - raised bottom - $8 - (Manhattan, KS)

This special quiche pan/dish has a hollow outside and elevated bottom to allow for even cooking of crust and custard (Hard to describe, but see picture) Incised kj '88 on the bottom. 9" diameter, 1" deep. Never been used, no chips etc.
