Riddell Mini Redskins Helmet Autographed. Mystery signature - $19 - (Yakima, WA)

Purchased at an estate sale of a big-time memorabilia collector. I couldn't afford anything except this helmet. The estate couldn't identify the signature, so they sold it to me cheap. I thought I could figure it out. I failed. It's autographed by someone. Seems to be a number 86. I'm passing it on for someone else to figure out. The helmet is in mint condition. The packaging window has yellowed. If you know who signed this, let me know.
