He has a tie for hanging this from a crib or stroller. Pull the ring and it plays Rock a bye baby. Issue to note: was washed and the red from the red "button" on his front bled onto the white, so now there is a pink spot on his fur. I have not tried to remove it. He was cold washed on delicate and air dried. He's about 10" when not pulled/stretched. First class shipping will be in an envelope.
