Vintage 1966 Manning Bowman Very Rare Portable Soft Bonnet Hair Dryer - $65 - (Mcgregor, MN)

My mother purchased this hair dryer in 1966 or 1967. She has never used it, even once. When I found it in storage the tag was still attached to the handle. I plugged it in and it works fine. I did not open up the hood compartment. I have looked this one up on several different sights over the course of the last few years and have never found one like this. It measures 8.5 inches in length, 2.75 inches in width (at the base), and 6 5/8 inches in height (without handle). I listed it used because there is no box.
