This is a vintage steel first aid kit or tool box.VERY OLD.VERY THICK OAK HANDLE.VERY THICK STEEL BOX.Inside the box, that is NOT rust, it is thin cork.Exterior has some rust. Mostly minor, but one corner is more rusty than the rest.
