Dalmatian Dog Framed Seashell picture Hand painted by Selfridge - $89 - (Ventura, CA)

This is such a beautiful picture of a Dalmatian dog.I did my research but could not find another one like it. To the best of my ability I have determined it to be Handpainted.It is signed by the artist XXXX ? Selfridge 2007 The frame is surrounded by seashells. The dog is wearing earrings thatlook just like the shells on the frame. Very cute. The bow is a bit wrinkled. The frame measures approx. 12" x 8" It appears to be ceramic and has a picture hanger on the back.
