Vintage Kaj Franck "Finel" Finland Mushroom Enamel Mixing Bowl Mid-Century Mod - $75 - (Big Stone Gap, VA)
This auction is for a Vintage Kaj Franck "Finel" Medium-Sized (8 1/4" wide x 5 1/2" tall) Enamelware mixing bowl from the midcentury era (1950s). As you can see from the photos, it is the popular white and black Mushroom design. There are a few tiny chips in the enamel around the top edge of the rim (please see photos), as is expected from a mid-century mixing bowl that was used in our kitchen. This was our "go to" brownie mixing bowl when I was a child :). Overall, this bowl still maintains its high gloss and the mushroom designs are still intact and very distinct....good/excellent condition for its age! Stamped with "Finel - Made in Finland" on the bottom (please see photos).
