Not sure exactly what the specs are, just know that It boots up fine, the dvi and usb ports work. Was used in an old insurance office and was donated when we rented the space out. Nobody knew the passwords so we can't log in. Boots up to login screen fine, after that we don't know. Power supply works and has DVI-Dvi VGA Splitter
