EXTREMELY RARE House of Nisbet Bully Bear by Peter Bull. This bear is SIGNED both on the tag and just under - on its foot and NUMBERED 316182. Bear measures 13" tall sitting and 18" tall. Bear is in excellent condition - stitching is great, no tears, no fraying, no odor etc. Tag has an extremely slight bend to it - see first photo.
