. A stunning and dramatic applique quilt. The pattern is Flower Basket with flowers overflowing each side of the basket. The main colors are red and green with small amounts of yellow and double pink added for detail. Handmade circa 1860's. . Beautifully hand quilted with wreaths, diamonds and other quilting close together and at 8 stitches to the inch. . Measuring a large 80 x 102 inches this will fit a queen or full size bed. . In excellent condition with overall age patina, couple of slightly darker spots, and no wear.
