Deluxe Fone-Call Amplifier by JOBAR - Vintage 1996 - Never Used. This phone amplifier was purchased in 1996, stored and never used so it is in new condition. The instruction sheet says it requires 4 AA batteries (not included) and that it is made to work on phones with the dial pad in the base and will not work on phones with the dial pad in the handset.
