Antique SAMPLER NEEDLEPOINT circa 1910 "Warm friendship" with fireplace & chairs - $40 - (Portsmouth, NH)

This sampler was made by my grandmother who was born in 1897. The base cloth is yellowed, but the colored design is vibrant. I believe it is the original frame which will need a new hanger of some sort (see photos)
