Item is in previously used / good working condition. The item does not come with original packaging or an owner's manual. Basically, you push the button on the top which starts the crusher rotating and the front slot to pop out. Drop a few ice cubes in there and close the slot. Then after crushing sound is gone, pull out the bottom drawer for your crushed ice. So easy a caveperson could do it. The item does have a space in the back where any length of the cord that is not necessary may be pushed in so it is out of the way. Item measures approximately: 9 & 1/4 inches from top to bottom. 5 & 3/4 inches from side to side. 6 & 3/4 inches from front to back.
