They are quite impresive in what they do, they blast an incredible 123 db SPL at 1 watt of clean midrange. They are designed for a 3 way high power Concert/Stadium PA systems, but with two of these on horns and only a 400 watt battery powered amp you would have the loudest clearest portable vocal pa system. FYI the other JBL 2490h listed on ebay only incude the horn throats.
