VERY GOOD CONDITION-- Even with the 2 issues listed, this book looks far better than many others as the problems are very very localized, but when you consider the price it is listed at...it is suddenly a BEAUTY! A pin dot on the front cover and from the front cover to the last pages inside, the book is PRISTINE. Thats crisp and no creases and considering that all others are priced $20 to $50 with many having creases and worse, this book at $13 is a super deal for the Elton John fan. If you know someone who just loves EJ this will be the COOLEST GIFT EVER! From 13 years ago, unless your friend was in Vegas to see the concert, this is as close as they will get. Again, the inside back cover and the 1 page before have finish off of the page corners on the top part only. Nothing to really read there anyhow, and there are 62 thick and heavy pages that are perfect before those 2 that arent.
