Previously used - Good Condition. The foot warmer heats up properly and has an adjustable temperature.There are some areas on the wooden exterior, that have some gouges and scratches from use.The wear to the wood is only cosmetic and doesn't affect use in any way. One of the bottom corners had some sticky residue on it...I got most of it off, but it is still a little sticky. All of the pictures are of the actual item that you will receive.
