On the top it says, HOLWAY LAND COMPANY Owners Of Marathon County Farm Lands Wausau Wisconsin. OFFICE: Wis Valley Trust Bldg. Phone 1570 OUR LANDS RE LOCATED CLOSE TO RAILROADS, TOWNS, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, CHEESE FACTORIES, ETC., IN PROSPEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD. The date on the map is written so small its hard to see. Early 1900s. This is in nicecondition for being original. It was kept in storage with some others between cardboard and probably never touched. In great shape! (And I rarely am able to say that with old paper) A bit of a musty smell that should pass after being out in the open for awhile.
