The platform length is 27-1/2 inches and platform width is 17-5/8 inches. The maximum lifting height is 29 inches and the minimum lifting height is 8-3/4 inches. The overall height is 34-3/8 inches, the overall width is 17-5/8 inches, and the overall length is 36-3/4 inches. We have inspected this item and the lift moves up/down. We do not have the capability to fully assemble the unit to test the unit any further. This unit appears to be missing hardware. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the unit.
