VIRIDE on the front. It was a Shaker religious sect medicine from the group in Mount Lebanon New York. It is in good shape with some haze and crude swirling in the glass in a couple places on the lip edge, it isn't damage just manufactured crudeness. The medicine was actually called Norwood's Veratrum Viride. Originally it was from Cokesbury South Carolina and was franchised to the Shaker's in NY.
